Autoresponder Module for Socialengine

Hello I am building a social engine site and i am looking to have a auto responder module built for it that gives my users similar functionality of constant contact or a webber inside the network. 1. The module must have a contact manager to allow my users to create contacts, import contacts from CSV files, import contacts from google, yahoo and may other email platforms. [login to view URL] module must be able to use our servers to create and send email campaigns that could capture information from a form generated that could be embedded on a website, capture, or splash page 3. The module must have deep tracking of bounce rates, deliver rates, open rates, click through rates and a number of other standard auto responder features. Basically I want to create a module that gives the marketing and communication tools to my users similar to webber or constant contact. I am not looking to integrate a webber or constant contact, I'm looking for a solution we would own the source code of.
