We are running Asterisk with QueueMetrics. What we need is the ability for a caller, after completing a call, to take a brief customer satisfaction survey where a message would be read, input gathered, repeat. Results would be stored in a mysql database with date stamp, extension, agent info, etc.
Would be most desireable to be able to ask caller BEFORE their queue call if they will participate in a brief survey at the conclusion of the phone, and maybe again after the call (people change their minds, you know?).
