i would like to create a document management solution which can be run from a local server installed in a corporate environment which this same document management server will allow all users under that same network including vpn users be able to get access to its files and one can set user permissions like can, edit,read-only,write to it. We can be able to create a certain document and have a session where you add the electronic signatures to allow the documents be signed electronically, and be able to upload template word documents where one would open and will allowed to simple fill in where its highlighted. So if you can add more features like the one in here below. Very important this solution is supposed to be in 2 languages English and Portuguese is very crucial on setup the user can choose what is the inicial setup. This should be able to run on the web and locally on a network, and client access should be viewed by the mobile cellphone, laptop, android phone etc. This should be allowed to scan support documents like the orginial scanned copy and the new updated document need to be in place in order to have this going accordingly... some features can be found here: [url removed, login to view]
a search feature is very important too: Document indexing, allowing users on a network or the web be able to search for a specific document within the document management server.
