Fix php and asp Software importing xml script to database

Need asp (not .net) support for a website, ongoing as required work but first issue is to fix a xml feed import problem. We use a php script on a linux server to import feeds to a database on a windows server, currently when running the php script we get this error. By the errors you are getting it seems like there is something wrong with the code that written as it is not compatible with the php version your server is running or something.I will try my best to fix this issue.
