I am a google apps administrator and I would like to have a simple google sheets or online report (or google sites page) which logs and displays the following data:
Username, date/time, service, detail (e.g. url/document name/object name)
I would like it to log the following activity types in google apps within my domain:
open google drive document
edit google drive document
close google drive document
messenger status available
messenger status inactive
The appl will allow me to monitor activity of my employees so I know they are doing something.
I would only like to grant read access except to a directory or google sheets file/site where the data is stored/held.
Im after the simplest solution for achieving the above.
There will be less than 15 users in my domain.
