Image Processer Program

Project Description:

I need a program that can detect a tweet sent from Nike at a random time that will capture a hashtag circled within an image.

It must capture this specific hashtag and reply to nike with a Direct Message within .1 - .9 seconds of the tweet being sent.

The direct message must be formatted as follows: #SpecificHashtag Your Name 12

EXAMPLE:

#Celebration Lebron James 12

Nike has implemented a new RSVP system that uses 8-10 circles within an image to throw off computer programs.

I need this bot to be able to detect the specific hashtag while ignoring the other (dummy) hashtags.

In addition this bot must be able to:

Run on a Mac or Apple computer.

Rapid fire multiple DM's (5-100) from different twitter accounts.

Speed is the most important part of this program!
