I am looking for a team of developers to create a Joomla Extension that helps my client manage the workflow of creating a Building Permit for their clients.
The system MUST do the following tasks at a minimum.
1. Manage Documents and attachments
2. Allow users to allocate tasks to different users during the workflow
3. Notify users and clients via email at different stages of the workflow
4. Modify PDF documents, add stamps / signatures to approved documents
5. Have the ability to interface with other API's including [url removed, login to view] for invoicing
6. Ability to create and modify web forms for client entry as permits change
7. Reporting functionality
I would like someone to start work ASAP and they must have a proven knowledge of developing similar applications.
