Mailing-Autoresponder With Extra Features

Hello. I'm looking for a mailing list script like yours. With some extra features from the rest. I've seen them in diffrent scripts. just not all together in the same script.. The usual features opt-in/opt out, mulitple mailing list, multuiple auto-responders, spam protection, ip banning..... that kind of stuff. This script is for a co-op. we all get together and combine our advertisement dollars to get leads. This script is a way to share the script between all the members and get leads in a fair way depending on how much money they have added to the co-op This are the extra features I have seen and that I would like to see all in one script A person fills out a form with name, email, phone, and answers a couple of questions. Then hits send. (up to here is just like any other mailing auto-responder script we would like to 1. (choose by weight from a list of members) - ( from a separate file) With an admin/password area to edit/add/delete with stats "Hit Count", "Hit Total" Referring URL if possible and stuff like that. joe - joesemail - http://joes website - 1.0x (chances of getting the lead) - Hit Count (how many leads they have received) - Hit Total mike - mikesemail - http://Mikes website - 2.0x (chances of getting the lead) - Hit Count (how many leads they have received) - Hit Total mary - marysemail - http://marys website - 3.0x (chances of getting the lead) - Hit Count (how many leads they have received) - Hit Total steve - steveemails - http://steves website - 4.0x (chances of getting the lead) - Hit Count (how many leads they have received) - Hit Total as an example here. Member Steve was selected to receive the lead. 2. Once The Member has been selected. (In this example Steve) A) Copy of The information submitted on the form is sent to Steve in an email B) Information added to mail database - name, email, phone, answer1, answer2 C) Proper Auto-responder Started. If any. D) + "Hit Count" E) Person Filling out the form gets sent to Steves WEbsite and Not a Thank You page. 3) The ability to show some of the info on our main website. I.e. "this site currently has 10 members. Members has received 384 leads" or stuff like that. who gets sent the info...?
