I require a desktop app which can run on my Ipad, I run several milkrounds (delivery of milk and other products to people homes) and want to utilise excel / access to create a program which can do the following;
Store and update 'calls' (ie details of what product is delivered on which day, address, collection terms and general notes) - we delivery 365 days of the year so it should be linked to a calendar etc
Ability to remove / add and change the order of calls
Ability to generate a call order relative to a specific day
Calculate products required (to be loaded onto a vehicle) based upon a certain day's deliveries
Ability to generate a monies collection list relative to a certain date
Calculate a balanced owed, based upon a weekly bill and any alterations during, should include the ability to pay off against a balance and remove add products
there will also be various financial functions required ie placing calls on stop based on certain criteria / sales turnover / profit etc.....
All data will be provided in excel, the project is current so is required asap.
