Prestashop module - reffer a friend program

I need a module with a reffer a friend program that is easy to control, with more features than PrestaShop already offers.
First of all; to get the discounts and offers, the person who is reffered has to buy something for an ammount of money that I can decide. Also the person who gets reffered will be awarded with something.
The person who reffers a friend should have an account and be able to either use a link or just type down her/his friends email-adress on the site which will automatically lead to an email sent to the friend.
Features wanted:
People can be awarded with a "one time" discount, either cash or in %.
Award with a "all time" discount in %, this discount will be used for all times the person buys something from my store.
People can be awarded with free items, choose one thing from a list of 10 items,
All these rewards should be different depending on how many people that has not only been reffered but also bought something in the store.
I have not yet started my online business so I'm on a tight budget.
I have some knowledge in similar business though and have an offer that you might like!
This project is the first, more will come when the business grow bigger. I might want to use your services many times in the future if everything went well!
Here's my offer (if you want to make more money), earn a not yet decided ammount of % of the income from the first year. (My goal is to make about $15.000-$30.000 which is very probable, based on previous experiences)
