Software objects:

To track leads through all aspects of sale process, installation, vendor/financing pay, paying installers, sales staff, to net profit. Also to keep track of customer care calls and service.

Steps:

1) Leads are furnished out of a data base and assigned to telemarketers

2) Telemarketers call and mark disposition of he phone call:

a) Principle of Business not available (comment area available)

b) Call back for confirmation (comment area available)

c) Not interested (comment area available)

d) Appointment Set (comment area available) Appointment area with time schedule accessible.

3) Sales Person accesses their appointment area and can print off leads for the day

4) Sales Person enters disposition of the sales appointments

a) Sale (comment area available)

b) No-Sale (comment area available)

c) Call Back (comment area available)

5) Sales Person Builds Account with equipment requests

6) Office assigns New Account to installer

7) Installer enters in equipment used (serial numbers etc)

8) Office verifies care call to make sure customer is happy

9) Office tracks paperwork

10) Office tracks payment by customer or outside vendor (finance or lease company)

11) Office tracks their payments to sales staff and installers

12) Software can bring customer up by phone number, so that is they call a CSR and right a comment on comment section (this automatically assigns action)

13) Actions can be modified as taken care of or other.
