Project Description

Project is to allow users on my Website to search for homes for sale via our local MLS (Multiple Listing Service).

API will connect to the Multiple Listing Service Database and pull the data for the site searches. We will only use RETS for the API.

RETS uses FTP and then downloads the data to my server, once per day.

You should have used RETS before so you know what you are bidding on.

Here is some info on RETS: [url removed, login to view]

RETS will pull data from my local Multiple Listing Service:

The only data that will be displayed on the site will be sourced from the MLS via the Real Estate Transaction Standard API.

****You MUST Be approved with my MLS in order to be able to develop the code to pull the data.

Getting approved is not easy. If you can get approved and actually do so I'll pay you $500 just for that step.

My budget is another $1,000 for the custom RETS pull for my site.

There will need to be a search page created with a few basic fields and the database to store the data from the feed.

1. Be approved with BAREIS MLS in N. CA or Get approved with them.

2. Prepare the RETS feed for searches on my site and the db to organize that data.

3. Prepare a basic search page for users to do a search.

My server is a dedicated Linux Centos box with PHP, MySqal, Joomla and anything else you requests will be installed.

UNLESS you have done RETS programming, please do not bid-

Unless you know of BAREIS and can or ARE already approved with them, DON"T BID.

Thank you,

Scott-
