Project Description

We are an IT service provider. We need a system written for us to use in house to manage our work and billing.

We need to store the following data:

- System users (regular and admin)

- Customers (Organisations)

- Contacts

- Customer Equipment

- Customer Jobs (Tickets)

- Services

- Stock

We also need to have the following features:

- Creation of quotations

- Creation of invoices (one time and automatic based on scheduled services)

- Creation of tickets from the web interface and also via email

- Replies to emails automatically generated by the ticket system must also append to tickets

- Calendar with Integration with Microsoft Exchange to allow scheduling of tickets
