We are looking for a management software in order to maximise HR management. We want a software that automatically distributes tasks based on the resources available and allows us to control all the process inside our company in an easy way.

Except for the timesheet optimisation formula, all other mathematical formulas will be provided, as well as all the UI of the platform.

This job must be delivered open sourced, coded in PHP and mySQL preferably based in Zend Framework (not mandatory although it's preferable)

The project leader creates a new project and assigns the tasks to the a user.


- Title

- expected duration

- attachments (need to be able to be saved on another server)

- dependability (meaning, one task can only start after a precious one finishes

- importance (which should be taken in consideration on the automatic distribution of the work)

- assigned to: (it can be a specific user or a group, and if it is a group the system should suggest the user with the next available time slot)

- deadline: (the system should provide the deadline itself based on user occupation, and the project manager should be able to choose the specific deadline, in order to allow the system to rearrange tasks)

- The account managers need to be able to create quotations based on pre-defined taks. After the quotation has been approved it moves to the project manager for him to approve it as a project and taks. The quotation shall have several stages and providing a traditional funnel.

- Accounting the financial performance of each user, financial admins should have access to a dashboard with the P&L per project
