Project Description

I am looking to develop a website or API that gives the ability for one Twitter account holder the opportunity to send mass Twitter messages through other individual Twitter user accounts who opt-in to participate. For example, Celebrity A wants to send out an important tweet that he/she wants all his/her fans to tweet as well. Instead of waiting for and relying on the fans to re-tweet the message, fellow Twitter followers who join or opt-in to Celebrity A's "network" will give privileges for the script to auto-login to the fan's twitter account and tweet Celebrity A's message on their account. Therefore, if Celebrity A tweets a message and it has 100 opt-in users in its "network", those 100 users instantly will tweet the same message without having to do anything. Other features include:

- Creation of new "networks" that are linked to Parent Twitter Accounts

- Secure login through 3rd party website to manager "network"

- Invitations to users through short-links to get them to sign up or join a "network"

- Users can opt-in to a network by logging in using their twitter username/password

- Users username and password are kept protected and encrypted, of which the "network" Parent Account user will never directly see

- Parent Account user can send a tweet through the website, which triggers the script to auto-login to opt-in users from the 'network' and send the same message

- Parent Account user can create time delays per each opt-in user's tweet of the original message by 5 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes or 1 hour

- Opt-in users can opt-out at any time

These are the main features of the website and Twitter script. A full site specification will be made available to the winning bidder, however you should have enough information here to provide a pretty accurate bid. With your bid, please acknowledge that you understand the scope and provide samples of completed works of your own. All bids will be considered, so feel free to bid outside of the assigned budget.
