Update module Google Analytics for PrestaShop

We've developed a module for PrestaShop that add a function to Google Analytics module: order canceling. When an order is canceled, data is sent to Google Analytics so statistics appear correctly. If only one article from an order is canceled, then only that article cancelation is sent to Google Analytics.
Now we want to add some functionalities to it:
1. Avoid duplicated orders: if an order is already cancelled into Analytics, then it has to avoid sending data again.
2. Sync with eBay module: if orders from eBay are imported into PrestaShop, the module has to send information to Google Analytics for each eBay order. This part also has to be easy to be improved to expand functionality to other modules: Amazon, Rakuten and other marketplaces.
3. Forze order data into Analytics: if an old order doesn't appear in Google Analytics then module has to show a function to enter Order Number and then send order info to Analytics. Once this info is sent, it has to avoid order repeating.
We need this module to be developed and then tested in our test environment. We'll give you access to a test shop so you can test it with all orders you may need.
We'll provide our current version of the module so you can code from it and not from scratch. But it's up to you if you prefer to do it from the very beginning, as long as it has the same functionality described in the first paragraph.
Optional: we'd love if you could install a GIT server into our test server, add our test shop to it and develop the module into this GIT server. Extra cash if you do this too!
Looking forward for your bid!
