We are looking to develop a web application to help with fast food delivery. The first stage minimum spec is outlined below. Eventually we would like this to become a fully featured delivery application - THERE IS PLENTY MORE WORK IF WE DEVELOP A GOOD WORKING RELATIONSHIP.
Minimum Spec: We are looking to create a map that shows the open orders from a WooCommerce (Wordpress based) e-commerce site on a map. The location icon would show the number of products (pizza) and the time since order, and a colour also based on time. Clicking on the map icon would display the order number, name and address.
More advanced: Clicking on the icon would open a dialogue box and allow the order to be "activated" for cooking, changing the status in the WooCommerce (Wordpress) database. Ideally the order could be grouped with other orders as a "batch" - this could be as simple as typing in a number, but this would also need to be posted to the WooCommerce database.
There is some other functionality we would like to build down the track which can be discussed with the successful applicant.
Is this something that you would be interested in developing? If so please refer to relevant experience and any examples in your reply. IF YOU DON'T MAKE THIS REFERENCE YOUR APPLICATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED (TO STOP SPAM REPLIES).
We are based in Sydney. We have a strong preference for a Sydney based freelancer, but have a clear idea of what we want so if you have the right skills distance shouldn't be a problem.
