Our company (phone repair) need a web application or a website to do really simple estimate online.

This application will be for our customers. They will be able to create their own estimates directly online. When they will be finish to create estimate the company will be able to validate before to resend the good final estimate. This web application It is to save time.

This web application or website needs to be ok on all device (pc, mac, iphone, ipad, android, touch screen...)

We need 3 steps :

First step :

A form : They will enter first name, name, address, phone number, email (identification number created)

Second step : They will choose Estimate.

Estimate : need to choose the model of device and after the specific repair...it will generate a price with tax and without tax like an invoice

When it is complete they will just click on receive my estimate

Third step

The company will receive an email where we will be able to validate the estimate or modify it it is not exactly the good repair.

When we will validate, a pdf will be generate with a custom design (logo + informations...) where the name of the file will be the name of the client + ID with the date example : name_id_07-25-13

We will be able to find estimate that we need and download it directly from a specfic page

All the price and repair or problem and device will be add directly from us in a back office part.

We will be able to convert with just 1 click estimate to invoice if we need.

We are looking for someone good with web application and custom code.
