Web based personal budget script

I want a simple secure personal budget written in PHP PDO/mysql/ajax and bootstrap. By secure I mean it must be protected and only accessed by login. There should be three pages. Administration page Here I should be able to add family members, income categories, budget categories and expenses categories which are stored on database. Then below I should be able to set a budget. Setting a budget should work like this: I choose a family member,a budget category and the amount that goes for that budget each month, for example: Dreni Clothes $100 $100 $100 $100 $100 $100 $100 $100 $100 $100 $100 $100 As you can see there should be twelve input boxes so I can add an amount for each month of the year. Expenses page In this page I choose a family member,a budget category and enter the amount of the expense I wish to add for that combination. Each time I add new amount it should be added to the current expense amount that already exist in the database if there is any. Overview page Here I will be able to get an overview, maybe in table form, how much left there is on a budget to be used. For example if I in the administration page have set John Doe, clothes $100 in budget and then had $50 in expenses. That means for this current month John Doe still has $50 left to use. If John Doe does not use the remaining $50 budget on clothes, they should be transferred to the next month. The information on the overview should display current year as default, but I should be able to choose what year I wish to view through a dropdown or something. I am maybe little unclear in my description but just ask me if there are any questions.
