We need a web-based school management software preferably made in PHP with MySQL database (you are free to use any other language if you are a subject matter expert)

2. Software should work online as well as offline (data should be saved locally when offline and then data should be synced to server when internet is restored)
3. Coding should be modular and support addition of more features and plugins later on.
4. Software should be developed as Software as a Service, as we will offer that to our clients
5. Full Source Code to be given after project completion.
6. Admin panel for me to add/delete/edit users, create/manage/delete schools, option to offer free trial, etc
