Requirement : To provide a software which can output .wav file decode the binary data in it at particular intervals with the time stamp.

Theory : The wave file can be of any length and size. Inside the wave file , it contains waveform of magnetic data at various intervals. This magnetic data is in the binary form .

Our wave mainly consists of the track 2 from the magnetic stripe.

P.S . Sometime's the waveform is not clear / has gaps between them due to less speed than required making them long. The software should also be able to succesfully decode the results.
