Here is an overview of what I ENVISION. This is a very important feature of our Marketing campaign as we launch several Wines & Spirits into the Marketplace globally. This will facilitate a "promo" whereby patrons entering a participating Restaurant/Bar/Nightclub will be able to receive their "First SHot Free" through this program. I need someone who understands how to design & Implement this effectively and COST efficiently. This project will lead to many more projects with our Group & possibly within an industry.
-Unique URL for each bar/Club etc
-Bar management (Create, Read, Update, Delete)
-Able to see how many people have signed up at each bar (unique url per establishment)
-Keeping track of rewards each bar has recieved
-Sanity checks for the same person signing up multiple times (how often is someone eligible for a free shot?)
-Responsive design for both backend (admin area) and frontend (will look good on all devices)
-Testing on a wide range of devices
QR Code or NFC (ie: 500 nfc tags preprogrammed for each establishment of your choice)
-make unique QR codes that load the website or an NFC tag you could put on promotional items like table tents or posters where people could scan or touch their phone too which would automatically bring up the URL listed above.
-optional checking in on facebook, foursquare, liking the facebook page of the product/establishment to offer incentive to participate)
-Brand/liquor reps would go into establishments and putting the NFC tags on the promotional items which are preprogrammed
- The QR codes could give a 300 dpi version to place on print materials (i.e. table tents, posters, etc)
-User is able to login/register with Facebook
-Easier to verify identity and multiple signups
-Makes sure we are reaching actual people
-Access to more customer data
-Have the ability to like the Facebook page of the product and the establishment
-This gets actual customers liking the product page.
-Optional Location check in (Helps promote the establishment participating and the product)
-Optional Sharing: (Organic social networking marketing, reach customers that otherwise wouldn't visit a bar)
-User is able to login with Twitter
-Optional Following of establishment/product page (gain meaningful followers that are engaged in the product)
-Optional Tweet promoting the product (same concept as facebook sharing)
