I need a Compatibility scraping tool

I need a web scraping tool for [login to view URL] I need simple scraping tool to scrape data's for memory card use for Cameras, phones, GPS etc. I need all data's output in excel or csv. The format I would pretty much like it to be in same order as it is on the website i.e. Manufacturer, Device type, and then Device name. I have attached excel sheet to show rough looking format. I will scrape this site montly once. Also it should be program in a way once we have data and we go back and it only scraps data that is new instead of downloading all the data again. (only new arrivals) Also just wanted to know if there was anyway when you output the file if instead of having multiple SKU for each Device we can only have one Maximum size for each device. (From what I know when you pull the data one device will be compatible with multi size memory cards i.e. Samsung S5 will be compatible with 8Gb, 16GB, 32GB and 64GB. If we can have the data in a way that it will only display S5 is compatible with 64GB Micro SDXC we will automatically know this is compatible with all the other sizes. Or maybe you can create filters in Excel where we can only display the results we are looking for.) Time scale 2-3 days Budget -$50
