Looking for an Asterisk Consultant who can setup and Asterisk IP PBX Server Linux based with VICIDIAL predictive dialer installed for a call centre enviroment. connected to a voip service provider like "gradwell" which is uk based and have competitive rates. NO PSTN trunks connection required all the calls should go through voip provider and agents should use VICIDIAL client application with IP phones.

All the above is opensource and proper instructions are given on the developer websites If you are good in linux and asterisk I guess you can setup vicidail very easily. I myself have no experience of linux but have gone half way b4 I got stuck on some small things, so i guess if you have some experience in this field shouldnt be a big problem.

So in brief the idea is to setup a call centre enviroment initially around 10-20 seats with expandable options in future, based in opensource softwares and PBX. All the information can be found on google if you search for "Vicidial predictive dialer" as they have all the guidance notes on the website.

"digium" provide hardware for asterisk if any needed.

We are new company looking for a cheap solution thats why don't want to take commercial predictive dialer route as licence fees are high unless you can advice of something cheap with ability to call uk from anywhere in the world based on VOIP.

Thank You
