Extract geocode data from PDF regions in map

We have 3 maps of school districts. We want you to lookup (by whatever means) the longitude and latitude values of the vertices of each of these regions. You'll have to do all geocoding yourself. The regions generally follow roads. We need a list for each of the maps in the following format for each line: "District Name": (longitude1, latitude1), (longitude2, latitude2), ..... , (longitudeN, latitudeN) [end of line] (where the "District Name" is replaced with the respective name of the school district) It is assumed that the first and last coordinates will form the endpoints of the final polygon, creating an enclosed area. Attached are the PDFs. We will provide you a reference coordinate upon bid acceptance. Please ask any questions. Cut & paste form bids will be ignored. Happy Bidding ## Deliverables 1a) 3 Lists of geocoded regions. 1b) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
