1. Test with access Runtime on Windows 98. I now assume this should work satisfactorily, providing error control is in place. - 2. I would like to extend the capability of the dninserthyperlinks function to insert hyperlinks in one other file, not generated by the app. This file should be specified in a similar way to the 'special file to upload' area of the options menu, so once it is specified and as long as the inserthyperlinks tag is in the specified file, links will be placed in this file as pages are generated. - 3. Aof the stock/records to either appear in their respective categories(.htm) or to all appear on one page called stocklist.htm. Essentially, so there are two options. - 4. Stock Summary form Sorting. Allow users to sort the records on the stock summary screen by price up-down or down-up and similarly by make. If possible also a filter on the type field would be good. Please look at the form 'examplesummary'. - 5. Sorting order. Changeable from the options page, either sort by price high-low or make a-z. - 6. DealerName. a (new) custom property created with SetCustomSetting and retrieved through GetCustomSetting - 8. NotInList For stock new and stock amend forms on the following controls: Make. Model. Type. So if data is entered which is not in the list, a box appears, saying "you have entered xxxxxx, this is not currently in the list, would you like to add it?" With options for yes or no. Yes enters the value in to the underlying table and then requery's the control. - 9. Import image filenames routine. The Application needs to list the contents of the directory c:\images, and import the results of that listing in to the varfilenames table. A SQL statement is then run to delete those entries which are not for jpg, gif or bmp filetypes. In practice, all will be jpg.
