**Advanced Pop-up Blocker**

We are currently looking for a coder that can create an advanced pop-up blocking application. The application should be able to block all forms of pop-up/pop-under windows. Please see the information below for more details.

**Type of pop-up's that should be blocked:**

- All Pop-up Windows

- All Pop-under Windows

- All DHTML/Fly-in Advertisements

- All Web Page Dialog Advertisements

**Information and testing:

**The pop-up blocker application should be comparable to the application available at the following URL: <[url removed, login to view]>. The pop-up blocker should be tested at <[url removed, login to view]> and should be able to block all pop-up advertisement variations available on this site.

**Application look and features:

**The pop-up blocker application should be easy to use, easy to enable/disable. You should be able to select what type of pop-up advertisements you wish to block, with the option to allow pop-up windows on certain sites. As stated before, it should compare to the pop-up blocker at <[url removed, login to view]> and should block all pop-up variations at <[url removed, login to view]>.

**We are not here to accept the lowest bid available. We are here to accept the bid with the best application and features. We will require a DEMO of your project before accepting your bid. You do not need to focus your time on GUI because we already have a general idea of what we will use for the GUI. We are looking mainly for best features and ease of use.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
