I need a networked database system which will be theoretically designed for a call centre office. The system must be database based with some user interfaces to add/ammend/search paticular details within the system. The system must be made so it can run on a windows network and be used simultaneously by a maximum of 2 people at any time.
The actual database must be designed in Microsoft access and the user interfaces which are used to navigate and enter/search/ammend details onto the database must be designed using visual basic.
The database needs to be relational and the tables that are designed must inter-relate.
As well as providing the actual software of the system, i will also need all the design models for the system, ie the table designs, their relations. A VERY important aspect of this project is also to include all the internal and external models of the system (ie Entity relationship diagrams, data flow diagrams and any other relevant models).
I already have a pre-defined list of what needs to be included in each of the tables and interfaces and how the system needs to exactly work. So if this seems like an acheivable project, please make a bid request and if it is appropriate I will send more specific details of the project so it can be completed.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
The database must be designed in Microsoft Access, with the user interfaces being developed in Visual Basic. The complete system must be usable on a windows network.
