Project Description

I have a program that is currently designed in.... with a paradox database backend. It is currently in a desktop only mode. I need to have it updated/converted to the new version of .Net with a SQL Server Express backend. It also needs to be changed to allow multiple users to connect to the same database in a networked environment.
You can download the current program from the website:
<[url removed, login to view]>
The program is SCOPE 3.03.

The program needs to include an installation package for the client-side app, and a install package for the SQL server.

All screens can basically stay the same; they just need to be converted to the new code, with a few minor updates. All screens includes any help screens and all menus.

There will also need to be a heirarchal table/chart that needs to be created to group users, and give each group different permission levels (Add/Edit/View/Report their created records, View/Report other Records, etc.). This will be a new feature to the program.

The original source code will be able to be provided upon acceptance of the bid (if needed.)
