Rabbitry/Pedigree Application(repost)

I would like to have a rabbitry management application. The application would be basically a front end to a rational database. Need to have a 30 trial that will disable all functionality if not registered. The application would keep detailed information about rabbits: Name, weight, ear no, registration number, GC Number, DOB, DOD, Age, Class, Phenotype, Genotype, GC Legs, Quality, Litter information, Show Win Record, pedigree information, medical history, and misc. notes. Main screen would display a list of rabbits active in the rabbitry and allow sorting and filtering on information. Clicking on one animal would display the individual record. The application will need to have the ability to print list, labels, cards, reports and etc. I will define a list of standard forms and reports and would like some sort of custom report builder so the end user could design any type of report needed. Application will include a genetics breeding calculator, I will supply the detailed genetic mathematical calculation details for this. I basically takes the Genotypes form the parents and predicts possible offspring. It will also include a task/to list and a breeding tracker. I have included a full set of data that can be imported and used to view all details. This application includes most of the functionality that I want in my application, but I want a more modern, clean xp type of interface. Application should be developed in Visual Basic 2005. This item has been partially completed and I will make the code available to the winner if desired. I will upload the incomplete application for you to view if desired. Please see the attachment. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The application should be able to run under Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Vista. Windows 98 is optional but would be nice.
