I have a client that needs a SPAM blocker. They like this one: [url removed, login to view] and http://www.cloudmark.com. What is your experience with SPAM blockers? What is the best approach? They do not all use Outlook (So Cloudmark will not work). Spamihilator runs client side and is a little messy to setup with some mail clients. They would like a server based solution that uses Bayesian Filters. If anyone is interested in writing one, or has pieces in place please let me know. The client has stated they would like a Bayesian filter that any pop3 client can connect and get mail. Then a web based interface for the client to view the captured mail and to train the filter. I would be interested in a DOT NET solution if someone is willing to write one. They are going Dot Net in a major way already.
