Project Description

I have Ink/Toner cartridge refill store we also do repairs for PCs, Consoles, Printers, Disc's etc.
I am looking for an application to take customer details and cartridge details and other info. I need to be able to store this data so it is accessible in 2 stores and remotely.
Data to be on for is as follows.
1. First name
2. Last name
3. Company
4. Mobile
5. Phone
6. E-mail
7. Items( Cartridges) or Repairs
8. Quote Price
9. Collection date & time ( For cartridges default is today ,Time is just required. But may not want for a couple of days so have to able to pick day)

Also need to print 2 receipts 1 for customer and 1 for shop to go with item. The ability to pick which type of receipt is printed would be good. Cartridges to be filled a receipt printer copy for store would be good and for repairs A4 copy might be needed

Need to be able to import customers and products/services

Able to update tickets with statuses which we can define.

Facility to export details to mailchip or other marketing crm system

Future functionality wish list.

Text to customers to inform them of status of ticket item.

Ability for us to add custom fields if we feel we need them.

If there is current product out there that need some modification would consider it.
