70589 Visual Basic Programmer Reqd

Hello Everyone, We would like to request the qualified and experience Visual Basic Programmer to Bid for our project. This is not a difficult job for the right person as we do not want to have a big application been done. We only want to track the installations done by the end user on his system by this software. We have a software download website. We have the third party software also that would be downloaded from different link along with our software. We would get the commission for every installation done of the third party software. So we need the help from the programmer who can help us develope the installation tracking from the end user system. We also have the idea about how it is going to work. We only want a signup form to be filled after the third party installation completed and stored in the database so that we can come to know that the software is installed. Isn't it simple :) Rest everything is a web based and we have a programmer for that so we do not require any PHP programmer but a application creator who can get this job done for our website.
