Project Description

I currently have a Visual Basic application that monitors the windows clipboard for new text. When my program "see's" new text in the clipboard it pops up window and asks the user a question. I would rather have the following happen. When a user highlights text anywhere within windows, I would like to be able to grab that text and pop up a window to ask the user a question. In other words If the user highlights text in applications like Internet Explorer, Word, Notepad, Outlook, Eudora, etc. a window will pop up and I will have a copy of that selected text so I can perform some function based on the users input.

I would like to have some sample code written in Visual Basic that can perform this task. I plan on taking that sample code and replacing the clipboard monitor in my application. Thank you for your consideration. Have a great one.
