Project Description

A PHP developer is required to work, starting immediately, on building out an internal-facing toolset. The tool is 80% feature complete and requires you to fix some issues, clean up existing code, and implement some final features.

The toolset that will allow me to scale the building niche content websites; consider it to be a bespoke CMS with several interlinking building blocks. You will be required to utilise APIs, scrape data from external sources, and work with a MYSQL database.

Design skills aren't imperative, but you should ideally have experience working with Twitter's Bootstrap or a similar front-end framework to help deliver efficent and user friendly experiences.

You'll be expected to work with the Asana task management web app and use Subversion to manage commitments to the code base. You must also use Freelancer's TimeTracker software solution to track time (this an hourly paid project).

I'm looking for the developer to start immediately. I anticipate that the project wil consume around 20-hours per week for the next 4-weeks. It would be important that you're able to work consistantly during this period (ideally daily) so that there is momentum in the project.

Please include the password "bottle" in your bid. Proposals without the password will be ignored. Your proposal should include a portfolio piece which best demonstrates your skill set; ideally showing something that is relevant to this job (ie. a web app or internal tool).

You will see that I have a long standing reputaiton on Freelancer/VWorker and that developers have enjoyed working with me.
