There are multiple ways of scraping YouTube videos. Usually it is advisable to run a Linux script from PHP. If you have VPS hosting, that may be an option for you. PHP isn't advisable to scrape YouTube videos streams because of the processing power required. In any case, I'll be happy to talk with you.
