We are shortly launching a unique third party affinity marketing service based around an aggregator business model, selling a range of household essential services such as utilities, telephony, health insurance products, etc, offered by a range of brand name service providers. The business operates with third party organisation members. So the website needs to meet a range of unique functionality requirements. It has to have a retail face, so to speak, which showcases all our service providers and the many organisations which subscribe to our services however, then there needs to be template microsite that all respective organisation members can securely log-in to and visit "their" organisation's suite of offerings and choose which service bundle they wish to purchase. The participating third party organisations require secure back-end access to view, monitor and manage the business that their members are conducting, as do our service providers. The site also needs to host a large and constantly changing suite of updated product offerings, product specifications, product selection, unique to each third party organisation. The site also needs to manage transactions conducted securely with those members on behalf of our service providers and report on and manage all sales and transactions processed. We require a website to be designed and developed that can achieve all our operational and on-line functionality requirements. The site needs to be able to showcase a diverse range of specialised products in a set suite of groupings being Utilities (sub categories of Power, Gas, Power & Gas), Telephony (sub categories of Home, Mobile, Broadband and Bundled), Private Health Insurance (sub categories of Singles, Couples and Families), Motor Vehicle Insurance, Home and Contents insurance products and Others. The site must also feature an integrated Q&A for site visitors to complete to capture sufficient data to analyse consumer circumstances and needs against the range of products we are offering and to produce a recommended product shortlist for consideration and choice by consumers and for visitors to then perform, undertake, complete, enter into and pay for their insurance policy. All on-line transactions (i.e policies created or sold) must link to or with one of our respective third party organisations, so that each third party organisation needs an ID created and for transaction tracking. There is also a range of other functionality and ongoing needs that could include Apps for each organisation as well as their own microsites, all hosted via the website. There will be a range of mandatories to also be featured including legislative and disclosure requirements. The site will need to feature all the usual links. There are some similar sites in existence which interested parties quoting can be directed to as a guide only for their reference and to help more accurately price the work required. A brand identity has been created so graphic design is only required in the context of the site itself.
