Project Description

Brief for Angel AIM website.

The project is a brand new refresh of the original website that Angel Aim has already. The new
brand was created and the style is reflected on the new site.

1. Navigation

The navigation will be a show/hide nav so when the user clicks on the nave heading it will slide down
and reveal the headings under it and when the user clicks on another heading it will automatically
slide the previous element up to reveal those headings. This is basically done with jquery UI effects
core using the accordion plugin tool but you can use whatever else you think is appropriate for it.
Once the user has clicked one of the sub nave elements I would like it to turn to a bold darker
purple color. This is basically it for the nav.

2. Footer

The footer is going to be a contained div that when the user clicks the plus sign it pulls up the footer to
reveal what's inside the div. This will have a google map and a simple address next to it. Also next to
that I would like a simple php form so the user can send a direct message out. This needs to have a
captcha security code with it too. The minus sign will naturally when clicked pull it back down.

[url removed, login to view] banners

The banners at the top of the page need to be cms. We have the required banners but they can be updated by us and
they are all in psd for us to create and change whenever. So if you can have this as a cms that would be great.

3b. Homepage

There are 4 main points to think about on this page.
There are 4 long round holders in the middle.
• News page
• What we do
• Business directory
• What's on

I would like the last 3 to be rollovers. When the person rolls over the shape the heading and the cropped
colored box will move up with it. This can be done with jquery hover effect. They can then click the
object and it will take them to the relevant page. Can we also have the images within the shapes to fade
in and out too, images will come for those. The first shape named 'News Page' will be a scrolling news
section so when someone looks at it various news elements will fade in and out inside the object. Also I
would like arrows to be put inside too so the user can have the option to click back or forward to see each
news article at their own pleasure.

4. What we do page and all pages with exactly the same layout.

These pages will have a simple layout with an image and the text next to it in a large shape behind it. The
only element in these pages that will be animated will be the circle with text in it in the top right hand side.
This will be a fade in fade out bubble with facts in it that will keep coming in and out. The circle will stay
the same color but the text will change with the fading effect.

6. News pages

This section uses a slightly different layout but keeps the same look and feel of the rest of the site. It
will utilise the lozenge shape that we are using but on a horizontal direction. There will be an image
and then extended on that will be a coloured box as per the visuals with the headline of the blog entry
and some body copy too. I would like this to be in a list so it gets bigger every time a new blog entry
is added to it. Next to each one there will be a 'Read more' link that will take them to the actual story
with a minimised list of all the current blog entries to the left of it. These will also be links to blog
stories as the one before.

The layout of the blog story page once clicked into will be the same as every other page with the
image to the left and the text in a shape next to it.

6.a What's on
This page will have a selection of links in the page with stories about whats going on in Angel.
There may need to be the function of having this as an updatable section too so when a new
whats on story is added you can scroll to see it or we will just have only 3 stories at a time(WE
