Auction website

I need a website and an associated information system project on the site(describing how you build the site step by step), as soon as possible. Here are the main features that the site should have: It's an auction type website where users must be able to bid on products & services. Take inspiration from site like [login to view URL] but users must be able to put their own product or service on display too(E-bay) So, you'll have to add pages to allow the users to customize their profile For the buttons on the page I want a ripple effect when the mouse hover on it. The bidding amount must never exceed 4.6% of the price of the product. Don't use flash for the animation, use css3, javascript and HTML 5. Put a logo in the footer element showing that the site is HTML 5 compliant. Design a logo for the site and use html 5and css3 to make look like the html logo on the site - http://www.htmlgoodies.com/html5/index.php#fbid=_TlJxdrhSB4 The logo should be editable relevant to an auction type site. There should be ad space on both side of the page(in the middle of the empty space available on both sides of the main page layout) There is an auction script attached to this message. Download it and modify it to make it have a blue lagoon type of layout and integrate the above mentioned features in it. Put a christmas and new year celebration animated gif file on the top left of the home page, inside of an aside tag. This gif should be part of all pages of the site. Take inspiration from ziinga. I'll will also need a mobile version of this site. There should be a link on the site homepage that allow users to select the mobile version of the site. . -don't forget to put how to button on the site explaining the user how to bid and tell the user about the terms and conditions. Is it too confusing ? If so, just take inspiration from ziinga for building the site. The site should include similar pages to that the ziinga site but should have an original css layout and auction script based on the info i gave you above. Make sure to include terms and conditions and privacy page. (look online for info about what to put in it)
