Project Description

I started this project months ago but have not worked on it since, and would like to start again.

I need to create a bitcoin gaming website. I'd prefer wordpress if possible however I'm open to any platforms you think are best. I have a layout for the site pages in photoshop, and can provide images for everything. I would need your help taking my mockup, along with my notes and specifications for how the site should operate, and create a functioning website with 1 simple tournament type game for the users.

Features I'd need:

-I would like the site to feature a secure login system so users can make accounts.
-I would like the site to have a secure payment system for bitcoins, so users can deposit and transfer bitcoins safely. If you have previous work examples with bitcoins, this is a huge plus.
-I would like to be able to edit parts of the site easily, I'm familiar with HTML/CSS/PHP and Javascript, and would like to be able to add to the site in the future easily and be able to clearly read the code.
-I would like for the code to be commented greatly so I can easily navigate through it if I need to make changes.

Details about the 1 game (coin flip tournament) on the website:

I need one game made initially, and the ability for me to easily have people code more in the future. The game is a recurring tournament in which users buyin with a certain amount of bitcoin from their account, all of the users bitcoins are gathered into a prizepool for the winner, the tournament starts at a specified time. When the tournament starts, a pop up window will show up on the website for each user containing a box to display a video, and two buttons that say "Heads" and "Tails" (I'd like the ability to easily customize these with jquery on my own). A countdown will play in the video box, and then a video will be played of someone flipping a coin (we will provide the videos and need an easy way for us to upload the videos securely or stream them live so nobody can cheat). Everyone who chose the correct coin-flip outcome proceeds to the next round, everyone who chose incorrectly is eliminated. The players who chose correctly will advance to the next round, and the process of choosing a coin-flip and watching a new coinflip video will repeat until there is 1 player remaining. We'd like there to be an option so that when it gets down to like 5-10 players, a button pops up inside the main box that gives them the option of splitting the remaining prizepool among themselves instead of playing until 1 person is left.

We would also like there to be a live tournament board that displays the tournament progress (similar to this [url removed, login to view]), and also a list of upcoming tournaments with buttons to register next to each, and information about how many players are in it, the buyin, and prizepool. There could be a tabbed window on the side of the homepage with 1 tab showing the progress bracket, and the 2nd tab showing the list of upcoming tournaments to register for. Each player will be listed on the bracket, and and animation of lightining will be played going across node when a player advances to the next round. This tournament board would be displayed on the homepage, and also in the game window. I'm open to having it be a small , pop-out feature and incorporating jquery features to include smooth animations/transitions (I will provide you with more details).

The game also needs to take a small portion (5% approximately) of the prizepool as commission, and transfer that to the gaming site's own bitcoin account.

I posted this ad several months ago but did not start the project. I am ready to start the project within the next week and would like to hear from anyone with experience doing bitcoins or gaming type websites. This doesn't require any fancy handmade illustrations ( I will provide these), but I would like it to look nice and be easily editable so I can add in jquery effects to certain aspects of the site.
