I want to build a website. On my website, there will be two kinds of customers : clients & job seekers ie. freelancers. Clients will post jobs and freelancers will bid on it followed by accepting & offering & messaging. Website should have front-end & back-end. front-ends should be very familar with you all. Clever developer will make all for back-end ie. site administration page also. Anyway the site should have all the functionalities of Job Posting & Seeking & relevant features. I have my own design, it is prepared already. I will deliver all the designs to selected freelancer once all sayings are done with him & me. Hosting server & domains are already bought by me. Only left thing is coding & applying my design to your codes. I don't want to make my site with non-understanding & unreadable codes. Only professional developers plz, bidders from US & Russia & Europe are most welcome. The site should be developed under PHP based framework. Candidate frameworks are CodeIgniter, CakePHP, Zend, Symphony, Yii, etc. All applicants should answer the following questions regarding Frameworks in their project proposals. 1. How scalable is that framework? 2. How is it to adapt to future changes? ( Even after complete development, I will add my creative ideas or any new features.) 3. How does it appeal to SEO? 4. Whats the ease of use? 5. How long will it take to complete the development? (in hours, & in days, & weeks, & months all separately) 6. How much would this cost approximately? I am acceptable to your recommendation also. Please recommend to me your selection of framework with answers to above, if you have any. It's ideal if you can show me the table of comparison of all above frameworks customized with my website(Very similar to this maybe same) Applicants with no answers above will be ignored. And please show me your past works which are similar to my site. If you don't have, but you have confidence, it's okay too. On top of all, the best question answerer will be selected as my guy.

How scalable is that framework? -If will work in Yii it is very scalable 2. How is it to adapt to future changes? ( Even after complete development, I will add my creative ideas or any new features.) It is very easy 3. How does it appeal to SEO? It has rewrite module, but naturally SEO is empty. For very controller you have to define appropriate metatags. For such big projects it is not the problem. On the other hand it is very good, because google likes professional, speed sites. And most of them are. 4. Whats the ease of use? For experienced developer very easy. For others maybe hard to understand in beginning. But websites/apps make on Yii are easy or hard depending how good the developer did the job and how it is described before. 5. How long will it take to complete the development? (in hours, & in days, & weeks, & months all separately) I do not know, you have to send more details/screens. 6. How much would this cost approximately? Same as above. As we are doing a custom coded website you are free to add any new feature after complete development of the site. 3. How does it appeal to SEO? The url will be according to the latest google guidelines and meta tags will be updated automatically. 4. Whats the ease of use? To me if you put exact information before the users just like what they are looking for than you can convert their visits in to business. 5. How long will it take to complete the development? (in hours, & in days, & weeks, & months all separately) It will take 170-200hrs approx to complete the first set of development. 6. How much would this cost approximately? Dear lancingace, I as a freelancer really like your idea of making a new site to bring freelancers and customers together. My experience in PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript (jQuery) is the result of over 3 years of active development. Of course I got also quite the enthusiasm, which makes me the perfect candidate for this kind of job. My plan of how to take this heavy project is quite simple. I once coded my own version of CodeIgniter with Smarty as a replacement for the template system CI uses, which was, in my opinion it's only downside. So while using this CI edit, my plan is to simply build your web service on top of that. However, while selecting a framework I consider not only its robustness but also a balance between ease of development, maintenance, ease of finding resources/developers, the project concept itself and the budget. 2. How is it to adapt to future changes? ( Even after complete development, I will add my creative ideas or any new features.) ANS: As mentioned above the frameworks being MVC based and modular you will be able to scale your application further. 3. How does it appeal to SEO? ANS: these frameworks are flexible and can be molded to suit SEO needs. 4. Whats the ease of use? ANS: CakePHP has scaffolding capability due to which it is fast and easy to use. 5. How long will it take to complete the development? ANS: My guess based on my experience is about 3 to 4 months. 6.
