Design a site to look and work exactly like [url removed, login to view] with tweak's. Please view the site and all of its videos and explore all content to the site. Please make sure you get in and view the site to see how all applications of code are being used.

Do not apply for this job unless you have the ability and the team to build it and complete it in a 3 month time frame.

The Engineers working on this site should have a minimum of 7 years experience as the tech lead with most engineers not having less than 3 to 4 Years experience. Please only apply if you have a team experienced in HTML5, PSS3, Responsive Design, Vertical Stacking, MySQL, PHP, Word press content management system, Java Script and J-query, Google Maps and Bing Map or the like interface, API, Etc.

Payment is made in Three Phases. We have other web designers and engineers primarily from India that are working for us. We can give you references to our ability to pay and to get you paid. We do not pay money up front. Please do not apply if this is what you are expecting. We will pay you 25% milestone when the job is 1/3 complete, 35% when job is 2/3 complete, and 40% final payment when site is fully completed. You download the code onto our server when each payment is made. You must be willing to have your team sign a no compete non disclosure. All code and rights to the design of the code will be used only by us and it cannot be resold and any way.
