Build a website - I will supply the artwork

I require someone to take the artwork of a website and develop this on Decibel CMS, also the site needs to be hosted on Freezone as I've paid for three years hosting up front there. The website artwork will be ready next week, and is in hand, so the job is just install the CMS on the hosting server, join the artwork up with the CMS and build a few dynamic elements, we'll add most of the text in too, so what we want is a great developer who can look at the artwork and build the site, plus perhaps make recommendations on improvements. Dynamic elements include: We want a page of case studies with client logos, where you can click on the logo to bring up a more detailed case study within the screen We'd like a contact form We'd like to integrate Twitter into the homepage We're open to more ideas once you review the artwork and CMS:-) Rough sitemap is: Homepage o Services ?
