The new template should look and perform just like [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]). Changes to the site's content and menu system will be made to suit my website's needs. The template has to be completely new and cannot be taken off other sites. The developed code needs to be in html, javascript, and css and completely W3C compliant and well commented. An example will be provided to guide the template's design. Milestones will be broken up into 3 unequal-in-pay, deliverables (including revisions if necessary): 1) Template mockups 2) Initial template code 3) Template revision No money will be paid upfront.
