Project Description

I am a serious client who needs someone who can build a website having 100+ unique visitors per day. The site can be in any niche, and it is preferrable that it is built as a microsite (not more than 15-20 pages in total). You will be building the site from scratch. It is irrelevant if you'll be coding in plain HTML or you'll use wordpress or joomla - or any additional templates. The pages should be internally well linked and the bounce rate shouldn't be too high. I'm not asking for 30% bounce rate, but i'd like to see the average page views per user of at least 2-3+.

Web hosting and domain name will be provided by me. This means you'll have FTP access and MySQL tables if needed. For webhost details, please contact me, although the site will be hosted with a reputable web hosting provider.

Don't just apply for the job or give an automated response. I'm looking for a real person to finish the job from the beginning until the end. Explain what niche you would target and roughly what kind of original content will you provide.

I can pay in increments, but will not pay the full sum until the site receives steady 100+ unique visitors per day for at least a month.

Also, I'm a fair guy. If you want to make a business proposal, go ahead, I'm quite flexible as long as there is earning potential for both parties.

ABSOLUTELY NO BLACK HAT is allowed. You'll need to file regular reports and I'm technically capable of distinguishing between white hat and black hat. The website will be adsense-enabled and if the account gets banned, you don't get paid.
