We are seeking a talented designer to build a contractor directory bidding website. Designer will need to be multi talented or have a team involved in the project with capabilities that range from Perl and PHP programming to Website design and Ecommerce skills. Designer will need to understand how to remotely log into web servers and both build new functionality from scratch, but also work with existing resources like databases and other programs that are currently running on our website. We are providing a detailed outline in a word document and we are open to conversations on skype and additional documentation provided for the planning stage of this project. If you have specific examples of websites built either in this industry or in other industries that match the functionality that we desire it will be a plus. Our current site [url removed, login to view] is up and running now and doing business. Some of the functionality from this site can and will be used on the new site.
This project must be completed before money is released and we will be putting the money into escrow during the project so milestones can be hit.
Designer/programmer needs to both understand and agree that National [url removed, login to view], Inc. will own all work product, docs, programming code defined as "everything" when the project is completed and paid for.
