Seeking an Adsense expert to create a Google Adsense website that will generate a minimum $20-$30 per day.

Initiation must be created to meet the daily requirement and then set up to keep receiving earnings from Adsense.

Designer will receive payment when requirements are fulfilled payment is received from AdSense.

1. Will need to utilize a Wordpress platform.

2. Write the SEO optimized content, fully configure and update the website as needed to continue generating money LONG TERM.

3. Must not violate Google’s terms and policies.

4. No bots, automated or traffic exchanges, traffic buying/trading sites or paid services,

5. NO Black Hat techniques.

6. No Pharma, violence, gambling, adult related content as dictated by Adsense rules.

7. Should be able to add Google Analytics.

8. No Upfront payments or milestones.

9. Payment will be made immediately up completing requirements and payment from Google.

10. Only White Hat SEO techniques .

11. Please assign all copyrights to us in writing.

12. The Blog/web site should have unique contents and useful, no spun articles please

13. If the account is banned, you will not be paid.

14. Please indicate previous experience and show us some of your other website creations.

15. Domain will be provided.

16. Looking for someone with experience who can consult us on how to best set this up around the marketing and promotional services that we currently sale. Send a PM and we’ll send you the link so that you can advise us on theme and domain selection.

17. Provide us with a brief outline by PM on how you will generate the income.

18. We should have to do nothing, except order the domain.

19. Target market USA.
