A website is required for a new business, Coastal Property Solution (CPS), based in Queensland, Australia. The CPS website should feature clean, elegant design: black/grey text on white, with a simple sans serif body font (Verdana, Helvetica etc). Images should be showcased throughout. The web banner (featuring CPS logo - supplied) and menu bar is to remain visible on every page. The footer should include full contact details plus social media links.

AIMS OF THE WEBSITE:
The primary objective of the CPS website is to hook potential clients with beautiful imagery (supplied) and user-friendly text (supplied) and prompt them to make direct contact with CPS - ideally by phone, but with email/text/Facebook as additional means of contact. With this in mind, it is proposed that a ‘contact us’ platform be built into all pages (incorporate into a sidebar perhaps?) as well as a more substantial ‘Contact Us’ page.
Varied, with particular interest from young professionals, couples, first-home buyers, families, and property investors. Their level of experience using the internet is varied but they are mostly competent internet users. They value sophistication, intelligence and clean design.
A beautiful, billboard image (full-screen), perhaps with just a single sentence introduction to CPS alongside the menu bar.
2. About Us
The About Us page will feature a single image and standard text introduction. In-text links to Services, FAQs, Gallery and Contact Us will be included to aid easy navigation. In the coming months, a video introduction will be added to this page so video embedding capabilities are required.
The Services page will feature a single image and standard text and a direct call to action via a Contact Us platform.
Approx 6-10 frequently asked questions on the FAQ page. It’s likely that some answers will be more than a paragraph, so it’s desirable to list the questions first without showing the answers directly under them to make the content more scannable. Anchor links (to connect the individual questions to the corresponding answer at the end of the page), or hidden answers (that appear immediately below the question when a visitor clicks on one) are ideal.
At the time of launching the site, there will be very little content on the Gallery page and perhaps an ‘under construction’ placeholder is appropriate. The site will eventually feature a number of galleries of individual homes, and a text introduction is needed for each gallery (eg. [url removed, login to view]). It is preferred that the viewing window opens on top of the current Gallery page rather than taking the user to another page.
6. Contact Us
Very important: phone is the preferred method of contact, so the phone number should be central. In addition, there should be an online ‘Contact Us’ form with the following fields:
