Development of a job site for both candidates and employers

The job wanted site is a bi directional platform in which, job seekers can look for a job within the site's database from one side, and from the other side companies and head hunters can upload job AD's. there will be a signing in to the site. A smart management interface for both: the manager of the site itself which has a super user site full control, and for the companies which seeks for job candidates after they enroll the site, to control their profile, job AD's subscriptions, candidates, reports, update everyday the date of the AD's to the up to date date, the site manager can control AD's banners and more advertisement areas within the site, on the main home page there will be a search engine for candidates to look for jobs, side role window with hot jobs, the site should have a home page, about page, assays page, jobs page, employer's page, candidates page, contact page and maybe another page. when employer get's into the area where employers do he will have to identified with user and pass and there will be a "remember me" check box and forgot my pass and captcha and a button to get in. at the same page will be part for new employers to enroll, another part will be "advertise at this site, how to? and 4 buttons which will lead to the [login to view URL] got into his user name area will have aprofile details, what he bought and which options he may use, a window where there are few buttons which are saying: al jobs you published, all jobs you got (include deleted), deleted jobs list, profile details, add a job AD, update a date to all jobs published at once, reports, publish internal job for the site to handle for you. below there will be visioned the job list with check boxes on the side, and the coloumns: name of job, job's number, date updated, categories, candidates & CV's, update job description, update date, duplicate job, delete. below there will be a customer's list bank for the employer's data base. after employer presses on add a job AD, he will get into a page where he would be able to add a job AD with the details: job title, check box where he may choose if to unpublish his companies name or do, number of job, selection from list of job categories, job's location, candidate area of living, job's kind, email where the CV's will be sent to, job description, job demands, and 3 buttons: publish, cancel, preview. employer profile update page: companies name, pass (will view stars) and an option to change/replace it, name, family name, company phone, cell phone, address, email, upload option of a logo pic, date of registration. there will be a smart job seeking agent option, a candidate searching for a job will receive a jobs list results with details and so on and on a one line for each one below another with a check box on the side of each to select or not. after selecting the interesting jobs for him he will have to press on a button to send CV's. after pressing this button he will get into a page where he must enter few fields of personal info to continue. his cv will be sent automatically to the employer's email who published this AD and also will get into the employers list of candidates and there CV's on his profile, and also will kept into the database of the site for site admin use. there will be a newsletter module, the site is intended to be in Hebrew for the local Israeli market and in English as well so there is a must to take care of platform LTR RTL. I want to have a video short movie (up to 1 minute) from each candidate as a promotion to his CV'a in fron of the employers to be able to watch it. option for a private message, email template and more.
