This additive free challenge is a not-for-profit online two week challenge for families to eat additive free. It is an opportunity for families to experience dramatic improvements in their child’s behaviour and health that I experienced with my daughter.
Stylish, professional, and viewable on mobile devices. Needs to be CMS. I will provide the background for the site which will need to be altered slightly to fit the webpage. To create eye catching movement, I need a cloud (the background has clouds) to move across the page. The tabs at the top of the page will be dynamic – when you hover your mouse or click on one a character from my animation (I will provide this) will appear above the tab (I will provide example website).
The website has two sections.
Section 1: An initial 4 pages of general information before the participant logs-in
Homepage: I need a log-in box and stylish banner encouraging people to sign up for the challenge. When people create a log-in they will need to accept a disclaimer. The animation will also be displayed on the home page and a welcome message.
Information tab: General text. I need this displayed in a beautiful way, not just text across the page. I have tables and examples that need to be professionally done.
FAQ tab: When the user goes to the FAQ tab, the questions need to be displayed in a stylish way and link to the place on that page that the question and answer are placed.
Resources/Contacts: Links to other peoples sites with information about them. Also my contact details and profile.
No. 2 - This section will only appear once the challenge starts around 10th November.
Once the challenge starts, the log-in will open up another set of 6 tabs running vertically down the left-hand side. After log-in the vertical tabs include:
Tab 1 – Test: A questionnaire where participants can rate their symptoms of different behavioural and health conditions. Each time a participant takes the test they can save it on this page under the date and name of the person whose symptoms they are recording. So, if a family has 3 people with behavioural/health issues they wish to track, they will do 3 different questionnaires each week while undertaking the challenge.
Tab 2 – Diary: A 4 week calendar. Participants can click on a date and input notes to track their family’s changes. Once the specific day opens up there are set sections to input what the family ate for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks, Drinks followed by a generalised notes section. The diary is specific to each participant and can't be viewed by anyone else. The diary can also be viewed in 3 days at a time format for comparison
Tab 3 – Recipes: These will be divided into Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks/Something Yummy
Tab 4 – Resources: PDF documents of information for schools and families
Tab 5 - Forum: A forum where experts can answer questions from participants. Only experts have the capacity to answer.
Tab 6 – A Page where audio interviews can be uploaded.
